MORZINE BOOKING CENTER
"MORZINE RESERVATION"
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS -

1/ Booking: The booking is firm and definitive for "MORZINE RESERVATION" once the deposit is paid. It represents 25% of the rental for apartments and chalets and 30% of the amount of the stay for a hotel. When the client pay the deposit, it includes that he will have to pay the fulll amount of the rental.

2/ Period: a 4 days time is granted to the client to send his payment. Without information from the client after this period, the option will be cancelled and the accommodation available again.

3/ Means of payment: The client can pay by credit card with hotels and with a few private landlords, by cheque in euros for all types of accommodations and by bank transfer from abroad for a self catering booking.

4/ Information: availabilities, prices and booking conditions are those given by the owners belonging to the booking center. "MORZINE RESERVATION" acting just as an intermediary.

5/ Accommodation Capacity: the contract stipulates a maximum number of people for the accommodation provided. In the case of non respect of this term, the owner or his/her representative can legally ask for a supplement for each extra person or refuse the rental.

6/ Pets: The contract says if the client can come with a pet. If the client does not respect this law, the owner can refuse the rental.

7/ Respect of the premises: The client pledges to behave in a responsible way within the accommodation and with all equipment provided and the neighbourhood.

8/ Guarantee Deposit: The guarantee deposit of which the amount is stated in the contract has to be paid on arrival to the owner or his/her representative. It will be refunded within 10 days after the end of the stay except if the owner has to fix damages caused in the premisses or to pay the cleaner if the accommodation is not left clean and tidy.

9/ Cancellation: Each cancellation from the client has to be sent by mail or email. If the client does not come to take the keys on the 1st day of the stay, they will be no refund.

10/ Cancellation Insurance: The client can suscribe an insurance to be refunded in some cases of cancellation.

11/ Interruption of the stay: If the client has to leave before the end of the stay, there will be no refund.
