How to book accommodation?
On the website, by email or over the phone, you can place an option for 4 days on any accommodation just by giving your contact information.
Then, you have to send a deposit of 25 or 30 % of the rental amount to the landlord.
As most of the landlords are private owners, the deposit as to be paid by cheque or by bank wire most of the time.
Once the deposit has been received, the owner send you all the practical infos about your stay (contracts, arrival and departure times...)
What is included in the rental amount?
When you book an accommodation, (except special notes) the following items are not included:
- bed linen & towels rental,
- visiting tax (from 0.90€ to 1.20€/adult/night),
- final cleaning.
Electricity and water fees are included and there will be blankets and pillows in the rental.
How to pick-up the keys?
If you have booked an apartment or a chalet, you have to contact the owner to arrange an arrival time. (Morzine Reservation is not allowed to keep any keys). Usually, the balance and the guarantee deposit have to be given on your arrival.
What should I do if I have to cancel my stay?
If you have to cancel your stay after you sent the deposit, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible and then, contact the landlord (who have the right to keep the deposit).

Could I bring a pet with me?
If you come with a pet, you have to tell us before the booking.
The search engine is able to sort accommodation of which the owners accepts pets (for free, with a guarantee deposit of with a supplement).
